The Gladak

This small house has the feeling of completely blending in with the jungle. It is like a tree-house which naturally gives a sense of being embraced by its surroundings. The outdoor veranda literally hangs out over the trickling creek and into the trees and flowers. Many creative people have stayed here to do yoga, paint, sing or just simply rejuvenate deeply in a retreat.

Along the creek, the Gladak stands simple and unadorned. An old wooden structure carrying the memory of another time — honest, grounded, and complete in itself. This is a place for deep immersion. For solitude, a pause to listen – a rest into the rhythm of all. The sound of the river below only accentuates the silence. The Gladak offers one bedroom that also serves as a daybed. Outside, a small terrace and open bathroom connect you directly to the jungle below.

The Gladak has completely magic deck literally hanging out into the jungle. It has a private outdoor bathroom and you share an open-air jungle kitchen with the guest/s staying in The Barn. The bed is 150 cm.

There is access to the shared gardens, the pool and the sunset rooftop veranda.
